Professional profile:

• Secondary school education with leaving examination or University education, with specialization in Chemistry
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Chemical Technician or 5 years of experience as a Leather Technician
• Experience with managing a team of at least 10 people
• Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 standards
• Experience with creating of technological documentation
• Working experience with APQP, VDA
• Advanced PC user (MS Office)
• Active knowledge of English language

Main tasks:

• Having responsibility for technological development of products
• Training Operators in the field of leather technology
• Providing professional support to solve technological issues in production
• Managing the R&D staff
• Designing and coordinating the APQP structure
• Being responsible for product and process development in zero and small series
• Ensuring constant internal monitoring and documentation of individual development steps
• Communicating with customers, suppliers, and cooperating businesses in order to monitor, identify and implement new trends on the market or in technologies
• Providing consulting and support for production in technological issues
• Supporting process changes
• Planning and implementing development activities:
• Creating methods/procedures
• Preparing training materials
• Leading trainings
• Performing tests / examinations / checks
• Measuring test results
• Monitoring practical applications
• Reporting to the Technology Manager
