Secondary school education with leaving examination or University education, with specialization in Chemistry
Minimum 10 years of experience as a Chemical Technician or 5 years of experience as a Leather Technician
Experience with managing a team of at least 10 people
Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 standards
Experience with creating of technological documentation
Working experience with APQP, VDA
Advanced PC user (MS Office)
Active knowledge of English language

Having responsibility for technological development of products
Training Operators in the field of leather technology
Providing professional support to solve technological issues in production
Managing the R&D staff
Designing and coordinating the APQP structure
Being responsible for product and process development in zero and small series
Ensuring constant internal monitoring and documentation of individual development steps
Communicating with customers, suppliers, and cooperating businesses in order to monitor, identify and implement new trends on the market or in technologies
Providing consulting and support for production in technological issues
