Jana Antošková graduated from the former University of Economics in Bratislava, where in 1989 she obtained an engineering degree in Industrial Economics. In 2013 she passed her exams in the Slovak Chamber of Certified Accountants in Bratislava and is a certified accountant of the 3rd level (expert). At the beginning of her professional career, she worked as an accountant in the Leather Works in the town of Liptovský Mikuláš. She joined SlovTan in 1998 where she worked in various positions as an accountant and economist. In 2003, she was appointed as the company's proxy. In 2019, she became managing director responsible for financing at SlovTan Contract Tannery spol. s r.o.

Alexander Bretschneider started his career in 1990 at the Fritz Haeuser tannery in Backnang and from 1994 at the Leather Institute in Reutlingen where he studied to become a leather technician. Since 1996 he worked at SÜDLEDER GmbH, where he was responsible for the wet end process. From 1998 he worked in the tanning company Arlei Leather Group in Argentina, as Research and Development Manager and from 2007 as Technical Manager, including technical assistance for customers. Since 2019 he is Managing Director, CEO / COO of SlovTan Contract Tannery spol. s r. o.
